MADISON, Wis. — Leo Tolstoy’s 1869 novel “War and Peace” is set to music in the Broadway musical “Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812.”

The Capital City Theater is staging the Tony Award-winning musical this weekend and next.
