Authorities find man dead in Juneau County during welfare check
VILLAGE OF NECEDAH, Wis. — The Juneau County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a man was found dead during a welfare check.
The Juneau County Dispatch Center received a call for a welfare check around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Authorities found the man dead inside a home in the Village of Necedah, according to a release by the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office.
The cause of the death is pending an autopsy, the release said.
The man’s identity is being withheld at this time.
The public is not in any danger, according to the release.
