Apartment Guide: Rent prices in Madison down

Apartment Guide is out with its latest list of the cities where rent is getting cheaper, and Madison made the top 10. Researchers looked at the 100 most populated cities in the U.S.

The new data shows rent for a one-bedroom in Madison has gone down 3.44 percent since 2018.

They say if you move fast, right now you could snag a one-bedroom apartment for an average of $1,219 per month.

Madison came in at number seven on the list with Milwaukee coming in right below that at number eight. Their rent prices are down 3.12 percent.
