Angeline (Donarico) Mason
MADISON – Angeline Donarico Mason, age 94, was welcomed into God’s embrace on Saturday, January 6, 2018.
Angie was born on August 19, 1923 in Madison, WI to Antonio and Jenni (Cuccia) Donarico. She grew in the Italian Green Bush and attended Central High School. During WWII she lived in San Francisco, CA, returning to Madison after the war. Angie married Everett Mason in 1956 in Madison. She worked for 34 years at Oscar Mayer, and after retirement she worked at Red Lobster for 10 years. Later in her life she was a Foster Grandmother for 14 years at Central Wisconsin Center where she enjoyed spending time with the residents.
Angie enjoyed fine jewelry, fashion, cooking, paintings, flowers, live entertainment, reading the Wisconsin State Journal, traveling, and especially spending time with family and friends. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
Angie is survived by her only daughter, Angela (Robert) Federman; sons, Fred Fasel (Mike Ryals) and James (Michelle); grandchildren, Autumn, Nicole, Sasha, Kaila, Giana, Aaron, and Ian; great grandchildren, Blake and Ursula. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Everett; son, John Fasel; sister, Anne Oros.
A funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at ROSELAWN MEMORIAL PARK, 401 Femrite Drive, Monona. A visitation will be held from 10:30am until time of service at the cemetery.
