Southbound Highway 69 near Monroe reopens after closing for disabled vehicle

MONROE, Wis. — All southbound lanes of Wisconsin 69 near Monroe are now back open after being closed earlier Tuesday afternoon due to a disabled vehicle.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation sent out a traffic saying the southbound lanes of the highway at Franklin Road closed at about 3:30 p.m.

The Green County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.

The road was reopened just after 5:30.
