84-year-old woman in deadly Madison crash identified
MADISON, Wis. — An 84-year-old woman who was killed last week in a deadly crash in Madison has been identified.
In a news release from the Medical Examiner’s Office on Sunday, officials said Bonnie J. Monson, of Edgerton, was killed early Thursday morning after a crash into a tree on the city’s west side.
Preliminary results from the autopsy show Monson died from injuries sustained in the crash. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The death remains under investigation by Madison police.
