82-year-old man missing from Menasha found safe in Oshkosh
MENASHA, Wis. — Authorities said a man who was the subject of a Silver Alert Thursday was found safe.
The state Department of Justice said in a news release Thursday that 82-year-old Kim Lulloff , of Menasha, had last been seen at about 9:30 a.m.
At about 11 a.m., authorities said Lulloff was found safe in Oshkosh and was being reunited with family.
According to the alert, Lulloff gets confused and can become lost when he is away from home. He took the keys to a 2015 maroon Subaru Outback and left his home without saying anything.
Silver Alerts are issued for senior citizens who go missing and might be considered vulnerable or have cognitive impairments.
