4-year-old in vehicle when woman charged with 4th OWI
A 4-year-old was in the car when a Madison woman was charged with her fourth drunken driving offense Friday night, police said.
Middleton police said a driver was stopped on Branch Street at 10:24 p.m. on suspicion of speeding.
According to the report, 25-year-old Sarah A. Juszczak was believed to have been consuming alcoholic beverages. She was arrested on suspicion of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated.
Police found a 4-=year-old child passenger with Juszczak in the vehicle. Juszczak was tentatively charged with fourth offense OWI with a child under 16 in the vehicle, operating after revocation, speeding and operating without insurance.
She was booked into the Dane County Jail and the child was released to a family member, according to the report.
