Hilldale, 726 N. Midvale Blvd., has three new stores opening their doors this fall.

Amara | Italian restaurant
Amara, a new restaurant serving “contemporary coastal Italian cuisine,” will be serving dinner soon at Hilldale. The menu will feature small plates, hand-crafted pasta and “cutting edge” Italian wines and inspired cocktails. Amara recently announced via Facebook its new sous chef – Jordan Gross, whose Madison experience includes Estrellon, Youngblood Beer Co. and L’Etoile. Amara is being opened by Rule No. One Hospitality Group, which also operates Lucille and Merchant. Keep an eye on Amara online for news about an open date. 670 N. Midvale Blvd.
