3 face drug charges after deputies find heroin during search
Three people were arrested on drug charges after Rock County officials executed a search warrant in the town of Fulton Monday night, according to a release.
Authorities executed a search warrant just before 9 p.m. at 952 E. Merrifield Road as part of an investigation into the sale and use of heroin, officials said.
Four people were originally detained, and three of them were eventually arrested, according to the release.
During the search, numerous drug paraphernalia items and 0.5 grams of heroin were seized, officials said.
Garrett E. Thalacker, 27, of Edgerton, was arrested on a tentative charge of drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested on a warrant for retail theft, a warrant for non-support and on a probation violation.
Erin L. Peterson, 28, of Edgerton, was arrested on a tentative charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also arrested on warrants for theft and nonsupport.
Christopher L. Brown Jr., 32, of Janesville, was arrested on a tentative charge of drug paraphernalia and on a probation violation.
