3 arrested in connection to sale, distribution of heroin
Police: Suspected heroin, prescription pills, marijuana, drug paraphernalia seized
JANESVILLE, Wis. — Three people were arrested after police raided a house they believed to be involved in selling and distributing heroin, according to a release from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.
Traffic on South Main Street was closed for approximately 10 minutes on Tuesday while the house in the 600 block was being secured, officials said.
During the search, officials found approximately a half-ounce of suspected heroin, several hundred prescription pills, three ounces of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to the release. A High Point 9 mm handgun and a switchblade knife were also seized.
James F. Gillard, 34, was arrested on tentative charges of two counts of delivery of heroin, three counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, and one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, being a felon in possession of a firearm, being in possession of a switchblade and on a probation violation.
Trisha K. Kienbaum, 35, was arrested on tentative charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
James N. Norstrem, 28, was arrested on tentative charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a probation violation.
