2 teenagers arrested in connection to battery at East Towne Mall, officials say
Police: Suspects knew victims through Facebook
MADISON, Wis. — Two Madison teenagers were arrested Friday in connection to a June 6 battery at East Towne Mall, according to a release.
Three young women are accused of jumping two of their peers in the East Towne Mall parking lot, according to the release.
The victims told police the suspects repeatedly punched and kicked them while the other suspects watched, according to the release.
One victim told officers she received a minor concussion as a result of the attacks, according to the release.
Officials say it was not clear what motivated the suspects, although one suspect mentioned she only knows the victims through Facebook.
