18-year-old strangles, punches, points gun at woman, police say
MADISON, Wis. — An 18-year-old was arrested Tuesday night after he pointed a handgun at two people during a disturbance in an apartment, according to a release.
Madison police were called around 5:15 p.m. to an apartment in the 3000 block of Darbo Drive on a report of a disturbance in an apartment, officials said.
A 35-year-old woman told police Isiah T. Davis punched and strangled her before pointing a handgun at her, according to the release.
The woman and the other victim, a 32-year-old man, are acquainted with Davis, officials said.
Davis was arrested on tentative charges of disorderly conduct while armed, battery and strangulation.
