Haddie McLean
Haddie McLean joined the WISC-TV weather team in 2000 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in meteorology. The Menomonie-native's interest in meteorology stems in part from a strong interest in severe weather."As a child, I was always watching the cloud patterns and weather warnings--secretly wishing that a storm would come close enough for me to see it." McLean said. "I am fascinated with the weather!"Family has always been an important part of McLean's life. On July 20, 2004, Haddie and her husband, Scott, welcomed a baby girl, Isabelle Ann, into their family. On May 11, 2006, they were blessed with the birth of a son, Aidan Walter. The two children keep Haddie very busy, but if she finds spare time, she enjoys painting, jogging and baking. Sometimes Haddie shares her kitchen concoctions on News 3.
