WISC-TV Master Control Operator (part-time): WISC-TV currently has two openings in our Operations Department for a part-time Master Control Operator. Duties include proper airing of program and commercial material, recording shows from satellite, and accurate maintenance of program and transmitter logs. Hours for the first position are 7a-3p Saturdays and Sundays. Hours for the second position are 11p-7a Fridays and Saturdays. Both positions will include other back-up hours during the week. Qualifications include ability to concentrate on simultaneously occurring tasks and flexibility in scheduling. Prefer prior master control experience; experience in other areas of television or radio broadcast operations is also a plus.

Part-time Employment Opportunities - Floor Crew: WKBT-TV NewsChannel 8 is seeking several part-time floor crew members for our morning and Noon broadcasts. This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes of live television newscasts. We will train the right personnel to run teleprompters, operate the studio cameras, load tapes, and create graphic elements needed during live broadcasts.
