Higher humidity will be firmly in place tonight, which
means warm and muggy conditions with a slight chance
of isolated showers and lows in the mid 60s.
The weekend will begin with partly sunny, very warm,
and humid conditions on Saturday. Highs will reach
the middle 80s and heat index values will be around
90 in the afternoon. There will be another chance
for showers and thunderstorms by Sunday afternoon
as a cold front moves through the state. Highs will
be in the lower 80s.
Next week looks a little cooler than normal to start
with partly sunny skies and highs in the middle 70s
on Monday. Highs will then be around 80 degrees for
the rest of the week. Skies will be partly sunny,
but there will be a chance of isolated showers and
thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon each day Tuesday
through Friday. Saturday will be partly sunny and
warm with highs still near 80.
