Severe Weather Advisories Issued

Southern Wisconsin Under Tornado Watch

The National Weather Service has issued severe weather advisories for southern Wisconsin for Thursday night and Friday morning.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for northeastern Vernon County and southern Monroe County until 11 p.m. Thursday.

A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect until 11:15 p.m. Thursday for northern Sauk County.

The NWS said the thunderstorm is capable of producing quarter-sized hail.

A severe thunderstorm warning has also been issued for southeastern Crawford County and northern Grant County until 11:15 p.m. Thursday.

A tornado watch remains in effect for all of southern Wisconsin until 4 a.m. Friday.
