NOTES:
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH has been issued for tonight for eastern Iowa and extreme northwestern Illinois. In Iowa, this includes the counties of DELAWARE and DUBUQUE. In Illinois, this includes the county of JO DAVIESS.
The Storm Prediction Center says that there is a SLIGHT RISK of severe thunderstorms through tonight across all of Minnesota, all of Iowa, all but far southern Illinois, and all of Wisconsin. A weak stationary front will continue to stretch across the central Midwest. Scattered thunderstorms are possible near the front, which will meander back and forth from southern Minnesota to southern Wisconsin. The best chance for severe thunderstorms will be across Iowa and Illinois. Hail, high winds, and heavy rainfall are the main threats with these thunderstorms.
