NOTES:
The Storm Prediction Center says that there is a SLIGHT RISK of severe thunderstorms for Sunday and Sunday night for the southeastern half of Minnesota, the northwestern three-quarters of Iowa, and all but the southwestern quarter of Wisconsin (north and west of a Dubuque, IA to Manitowoc line). There is a SLIGHT RISK of severe thunderstorms on Monday and Monday night for all of Iowa, extreme northwestern Illinois, and extreme southwestern Wisconsin (southwest of a La Crosse to Tomah to Darlington line). A weak cold front will move from Minnesota into western Wisconsin on Sunday night, and become stationary from central Wisconsin into northern Iowa on Monday. Thunderstorms along and ahead of the front may become severe with hail, high winds, and heavy rainfall possible with the strongest thunderstorms.
