MADISON, Wis. -- Blowing and drifting snow prompted Madison police to close High Point Road between Lois Lowry Lane and Welton Drive on Madison's West Side late on Sunday night.Officers said it will likely remain closed for the entire night.Stay tuned to WISC-TV and Channel 3000 for the latest updates.
