WISC-TV Executive Vice President & General Manager David Sanks said Wisconsin Mobile is an easy way to keep in touch with the latest news no matter where you are.

"We are excited to offer our viewers an even more convenient way to get up-to-the minute information in our area and look forward to leading the nation with this next step in delivering news in the 21st century," Sanks said.

With this initial launch Wisconsin Mobile will feature news and weather updates throughout the day. In the future, the station plans to add sports, breaking news and other stories gathered by the news department. But that’s not all. WISC-TV is also looking to viewers for ideas on what more they’d like to see.
