  • Q: What is your favorite part about living in Madison?
A: Undoubtedly, the people. There’s nothing like people from the Midwest, and no one can match people from Wisconsin. Wisconsinites are genuinely friendly, kind, have a huge heart and are always willing to help people. There’s something very comforting in that.

Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
A: Considering my different work hours and having two little ones at home, sleep would be number one on my list. Followed closely by doing some real cooking that doesn’t involve a microwave.

Q: What is your family life like? Significant other, married, children?
A: Married with two kids, a dog and a cat.

Q: What is your favorite kind of ice cream?
A: Ben & Jerry’s Coffee Heath Bar Crunch

Q: What is your favorite place to vacation?
A: Fiji. I’ve never been there but the pictures sure do look beautiful!

Q: What was your favorite band when you were in high school?
    A: Duran Duran

Q: What is your favorite sport to play or watch?
    A: Baseball

Q: If you could possess one superhuman power, what would it be?
A: It’s a toss up between the ability to fly and be invisible.

Q: What are you really bad at that you’d love to be great at?
A: I would LOVE to be able to sing and golf. Not necessarily at the same time.

Q: What is your favorite book of all time?
A: The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein

Q: If you could relive any moment, what would that be?
A: The day I got married.

Q: Where were you when Sept. 11, 2001 occurred?
A: I was in Northeast Pennsylvania on my way to interview Olympic gold medalist figure skater Peggy Fleming at a breast cancer awareness brunch. A producer and I were driving and listening to Peter Jennings on the radio right when the 2nd plane hit the 2nd tower. I remember other cars honking at us because we were driving 45 mph on the highway. We were in complete shock.
