Middleton's Alexis Thomas struggled to a second round 79, but still finished second individually in Division One at the WIAA State Girls Golf Tournament at University Ridge Golf Course Tuesday.
Thomas was the first round leader with a four-under par 69, but shot 42 on the back nine in the second round to finish with a two-day total of 147.
Arrowhead's Emily Lauterbach was the Division One individual champion with a two-day total of 142, two-under par.
Arrowhead also won the team championship with a 624 total, 51 shots ahead of Middleton.
Oregon (691) finished fifth, Milton (694) was tied for sixth.
Individually, Beaver Dam's Ashley Kulka (150) was third and Milton's Mia Seeman (152) was tied for fourth.
In Division Two, The Prairie School took the team title with a score of 687. Spooner (738) was 51 shots behind.
Racine St. Catherine's Sarah Busey was the individual champion with a 36 hole total of 151. Freedom's Lori Meyer (155) was second. Edgewood's Grace Welch (164) finished in a tie for third.
