MADISON, Wis. - The Wisconsin Badgers football team opens camp next month, and a big question surrounds the quarterbacks since the team has five guys who could start.
One of them is Joel Stave.
Stave played pretty well for Wisconsin last year. He threw six touchdowns and three picks before his season ended with a broken collarbone...
But now he's healed up and excited to battle for the number one spot.
"It's been fun," said Stave. "It makes it more exciting knowing that everything you do leads you to eventually getting that chance to play. It makes every day more important."
"We've got to get through camp first. We've got to put ourselves in positions to actually win games. Coming out of camp we'll be in good shape and I'm excited to actually play this season."
Summer camp for the Badgers starts August 5.
