The Buffalo Sabres signed forward Luke Adam to a one-year, two-way contract on Sunday.

Adam has spent parts of four seasons with the Sabres since the team drafted him in the second round in 2008. Last season, he led the Rochester Americans of the AHL with 29 goals and ranked second with 49 points in 59 games.

In 87 NHL games, Adam has 15 goals and 11 assists.
