Chinooks take Mallards 4-1

MADISON, Wis. - Bark at the Park night didn't have a happy ending Friday at Warner Park as the Lakeshore Chinooks took down the Mallards 4-1. 

Both teams got off to slow starts before the Chinooks broke through in the third inning. Brett Siddall hit a ball behind the outfielders to drive in Ryan Larson and take a 1-0 lead. 

In the fourth inning, the Mallards responded. Pete Alonso smashed a solo home run to right center field to take tie things at 1-1. 

In the fifth inning, the Chinooks reclaimed the lead. Jake Noll drove in Larson and Blake Butler to take a 3-1 lead. In the sixth, the Chinooks added a Connor McKay solo homer to win it 4-1.
