Brewers lose in St. Louis
Ramirez' two homers, six RBI not enough
David Freese hit a grand slam in the first inning and the St. Louis Cardinals defeated the Milwaukee Brewers 7-6 in St. Louis Friday night.
The Brewers' Aramis Ramirez had two three-run homers in the game to supply all the offense.
But starting pitcher Wily Peralta (3-4) allowed 11 hits and seven runs over five innings.
Jaime Garcia (5-2) got the win for the Cardinals. Edward Mujica finished up for his 12th save.
The Brewers are now 1-7 on their road trip through Cincinnati, Pittsburgh and St. Louis.
