Kaminsky sets all-time scoring record in Badger win
Wisconsin defeats North Dakota 103-85
Frank Kaminsky broke the school record for points in a game with 43 as the Wisconsin Badger men's basketball team defeated North Dakota 103-85 at the Kohl Center Tuesday night.
Kaminsky made 16 of 19 shots from the field including all six of his three-point shots.
The previous single game scoring record was held by Ken Barnes (vs. Indiana, 1965) and Michael Finley (vs. Eastern Michigan, 1984) with 42 points.
Sam Dekker added 19 points, five rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals for Wisconsin.
The Badgers went over the 100 point mark for the first time since December 28, 1995 when they scored 105 against Eastern Illinois.
Troy Huff, the son of former Badger women's basketball star Theresa Huff, led North Dakota with a career high 37 points.
Wisconsin is now 4-0 on the season, North Dakota drops to 1-1.
The Badgers host Bowling Green Thursday night at the Kohl Center at 7 pm.
