EUGENE, Ore. -

The Badgers softball team hit many milestones this season.

They set a school record for wins in a season, won the Big Ten Tournament for the first time, and won their first NCAA Tournament game since 2001.

After beating North Carolina Friday night, the Badgers took on Oregon Saturday. The Ducks didn't flinch in the face of the upstart Badgers, beating Wisconsin 3-0.

The Ducks took the lead with an early Sam Pappas home run. Janelle Lindvall added an exclamation point for Oregon with a two-run homer in the seventh.

Cassandra Darrah pitched a complete game for Wisconsin, but it wasn't enough as the Ducks' pitchers kept UW from scoring at all.

Wisconsin ends the season 44-13.
