Mark Zengerle and Michael Mersch scored in the third period as Wisconsin rallied to tie Minnesota Duluth 2-2 in a Western Collegiate Hockey Association game Saturday.
Mersch's goal at 14:47 of the third was the equalizer. Zengerle also scored a goal in the Badgers' 2-0 win Friday.
Tony Cameranesi opened the scoring for UMD (2-3-1, 0-1-1), which outshot Wisconsin 37-21. Keegan Flaherty made it 2-0 late in the second period.
Joel Rumpel made 35 saves, including one in overtime for the Badgers (1-2-1, 1-0-1).
Matt McNeely had an easier night in net, stopping 19 shots, none of which was in overtime.
