The Tampa Bay Lightning re-signed defenseman Andrej Sustr to a one-year, one-way contract on Friday.

Sustr, 23, had one goal, seven assists and 16 penalty minutes in 43 games last season.

Sustr also had a goal and three assists in 12 games with the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL.

In 45 NHL games with the Lightning over two seasons, Sustr has one goal and seven assists. The Lightning signed Sustr as a free agent in March 2013 out of the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
