The Indianapolis Colts are getting back to work.
Two days after learning that coach Chuck Pagano would be out indefinitely with leukemia, the Colts tried to take a routine business-like approach at Wednesday's practice.
Interim coach Bruce Arians said little will change Sunday against Green Bay. He'll still be calling the offensive plays while defensive coordinator Greg Manusky continues to make the defensive calls.
The biggest challenge Arians may face in his first NFL game as a head coach will be keeping players' emotions in check as they try to win one for Pagano.
But that's not what Arians wants, and the longtime NFL assistant insists Pagano doesn't want his players to feel any added pressure to win either.
