Booker Stanley, 22, (pictured in a photo obtained by News 3) faces two counts of battery and one count each of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Stanley was arrested after a fight late Saturday afternoon.

Stanley's first court date is Thursday morning. He has been suspended from the football team under the UW student-athlete discipline policy.

Nikki Burish, a member of the Badger women's hockey team, and Daniel Kaye, another football player, were ticketed for alcohol violations.

Burish and Kaye are not being suspended under the discipline code.

A UW spokesman told News 3 that student athletes are subject to the code only when violations involve violence, drugs or gambling.
