MADISON, Wis. -- The Prep Mania Game of the Week for week two of the prep football season pitted two city rivals against each other.

The west side story at Mansfield Stadium saw a matchup between the Madison West Regents and the Madison Memorial Spartans, both coming into the game 1-0 on the season.

In the first quarter, Memorial's Joe Ferguson found University of Wisconisn-Madison recruit Jordan Fredrick for the score making it 7-0 Spartans.

Memorial scored again on a pass from Ferguson with just 37 seconds left in the first half. Fredrick's catch made the score 13-0. It was a play where he had to jump and snatch the ball over a defender.

Rain became a factor in the second half for West when their punter watched a snap go over his head and into the endzone. It was recovered by Paul Sutherland for the Spartans.

Memorial added a two-point conversion to make the score 21-0 and they went on to win by a final of 29-0 over the Regents.
