MADISON, Wis. -- The Wisconsin Badgers football team started out fast, winning five in a row, only to lose the last two to ranked teams. The Purdue Boilermakers started slow, but have found out how to win.Last year, a two-game losing streak eventually turned into a four-game losing streak, but coach Bret Bielema said that is ancient history."I think last year there were certain points where guys let go on the field, and I definitely haven't seen that at all from these guys and don't intend to," said Bielema. "Just the way they practiced last week, I know they're eager and chomping at the bit to go back out there and play."This week the Badgers take on Purdue, which is coming off of back-to-back wins, including an upset over Ohio State."I had an opportunity to watch them on film a little bit or watch the game, and, you know, they were very close to winning not only the Northern Illinois game, but the Notre Dame game," said Bielema. "So they had been right on the verge, and you can see as they began to realize they could win that Ohio State game, just the difference that they played in. And then to go to the Illinois game and have it carry forward, you know, you could definitely see them."The Badgers will host Purdue this Saturday at Camp Randall. The Badger football game at Indiana has been set for an 11 a.m. kickoff on Saturday, Nov. 7.
