Milwaukee, WI -- (Sports Network) - Prince Fielder carried the Brewers to a 6-3 victory over the Marlins, going 3-for-4 with a pair of two-run home runs in the opener of a three-game set at Miller Park.Rickie Weeks and Mike Cameron each homered for Milwaukee, while Manny Parra (2-4) picked up the win after allowing three runs on six hits with eight strikeouts in six innings of work. The Brewers have now won seven of nine, while Florida finds itself on the other end of the spectrum, having lost eight of its last 11. John Koronka (0-1), making his Marlins debut, was touched for five runs on seven hits and three walks in 4 2/3 innings. Emilio Bonifacio went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI in the loss. The Marlins scored three early runs, but Fielder hit a two-run shot that narrowly cleared the right-field wall to make it 3-2 in the fourth. "I'm kind of getting used to it," said Fielder of hitting lefties. "I just try to see the ball, see what happens. I don't try to wait on a certain pitch. I don't have any control where it goes. If I see it, then there's a chance of hitting it on the barrel." Weeks tied the game in the fifth with his eighth homer of the season. Later in the frame, with Corey Hart on first, Fielder reached the second deck in right- center for a 5-3 lead. "Obviously Prince Fielder killed me," said Koronka. "He's a big league hitter, who hits mistakes and that's exactly what he did. Two swings of the bat by him cost us the game." Carlos Villanueva and Mark DiFelice hurled perfect seventh and eighth innings, respectively. After Cameron's solo blast in the eighth, Trevor Hoffman retired the final three Marlins hitters for his sixth save of the year. Bonifacio played a role in all three Marlins runs, scoring in the first on Dan Uggla's two-out single, knocking in Brett Carroll with a base hit to left in the second and then coming around to score on a Jeremy Hermida single.
