Group Working For Favre's Return Collects Signatures In Madison

More Than 4,000 People Have Signed Petition So far

The push to save Brett Favre's job in Green Bay came to Madison.

A group organized by Tony Mars, a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate, collected signatures near the Capitol squared on Monday.

The group wears Favre's trademark No. 4 jersey and yellow hats to attract attention.

More than 4,000 Packers fans have signed the petition to get the team to give their former quarterback another chance to play at Lambeau Field, WISC-TV reported.
