Homeowner Jeremy Nelson is now looking to add a bonus, something to bring in potential buyers, WISC-TV reported."Anywhere in the country right now, there's a lot of homes for sale and you have to stand out not only your home but if you have an incentive, that's icing on the cake," said Nelson in a phone interview.Nelson's icing? Green and gold."Nice big room for Packer parties," said Hunt, while showing the condo's downstairs area.Hunt said that on top of the house, she's trying to entice more buyers with his 40-yard-line Packers 2008 season tickets."If someone was looking for a place and they narrowed it down to maybe two and it was kind of a toss-up, I think the Packer tickets could sway a lot of people," said Hunt, laughing.Realtors said homeowners typically add incentives that improve the home, often a plasma TV or covering condo association dues for six months."I can't think of a better incentive than Packer tickets," said real estate broker Ron Lestikow. "You have to have your home-stage, your condo stage ready to show. It has to be priced right."Lestikow said the 2008 housing market is starting off very active. For Nelson, he's hoping a new year and a little incentive will land his home a new team."Season tickets to the Packers … who wouldn't want that?" said Hunt.Nelson said he would only be offering his season tickets until the end of the month. For any potential buyers, both the Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts are scheduled to attend Lambeau Field in the upcoming season.
