MADISON, Wis. -- The chief executive officer at the Green Bay company where Gov. Scott Walker originally planned to sign the budget on Sunday spent three months behind bars for eight felony counts of income tax evasion in the 1990s.The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported on Friday that Badger Sheet Metal Works executive Gregory A. DeCaster was also sentenced to two years of supervised release and fined $10,000.The 57-year-old DeCaster told the newspaper that a former bookkeeper was to blame for the tax problems, but he had to do time because his name was on the tax returns.Walker spokesman Cullen Werwie said the new location will be Fox Valley Metal-Tech Inc. in Green Bay. Werwie said the governor had no knowledge of DeCaster's past legal troubles.
