MADISON, Wis. -- Two patriotic-themed circus wagons from the Circus World Museum in Baraboo were on display in front of the state Capitol on Wednesday. The wagons were promoting the July 12 Circus Parade in Milwaukee.Circus World Museum executive director Steve Freese said the stop in Madison gives everyone a taste of what the parade will be like. He said the parade will be the largest one ever staged. The parade is coming back after a six-year hiatus.
