Magnum Announces He Won't Run For Congressional Seat

MADISON, Wis. -- The third time will not be the charm for radio station owner and Republican Dave Magnum as he has announced he will not run for the 2nd District Congressional seat held by Tammy Baldwin.

Magnum lost to Baldwin in 2004 and 2006.

He did not rule out running sometime in the future but at this time, only two Republicans have filed paperwork to run, WISC-TV reported.

David Redick and Daniel Peter Theron are currently set to face off on the Republican side.
