JANESVILLE--- Thomas K. Pearson, age 74, of Janesville died Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.
He was born on May 26, 1942 in Beloit, WI, the son of Karl and June (Robertson) Pearson. Thomas married Donna Harris on March 31, 1984 in Janesville. He had been employed as a teacher in the Brodhead School District, at Black Hawk Technical College and as a substitute teacher in the Janesville School District. Thomas had also been employed a Warner Brake in South Beloit. Thomas was a member of the Janesville Moose Lodge, First Lutheran Church and enjoyed hunting and teaching Hunters Safety Classes. He also enjoyed trap shooting and in 2004 was the Wisconsin Trap Shooting Campion
He is survived by his wife, Donna; children: Robert (Sherry) Pearson of Boise, ID, Kevin (Penney) Pearson of Great Falls, MT, Jon Pearson of Seattle, WA, Holly Lowry of Sandwich, IL and Daniel (DeAnna) Harris of Janesville; 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Dennis (Mary)Pearson of Janesville and Lois (Jim) Roeling of Beloit. Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Greg and a sister, Linda Ryan.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Schneider Funeral Home, where there will be a Loyal Order of Moose Service at 1:45 pm on Thursday.. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 12:00 Noon until the time of service at the Schneider Funeral Home.
