Ronald A. Wahl, age 64, of Edgerton, died on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, in Council Bluff, Iowa.
He was born on November 18, 1949, in Janesville, the son of Gerald and Joan (Kislia) Wahl. Ronald graduated from Parker High School in 1968 and served in the US Army during Vietnam. Ronald was an Edgerton resident for over 20 years. He was employed at Janesville Concrete Products and for LeMans Corp. He later was an independent contractor and was known for his high-quality wood-working ability. His memory will live on through his creations in Janesville area establishments.
He is survived by: a sister, Susan (Pahl) Olson of Janesville; a niece, Kim (Dennis) Chang of Denver, CO; a nephew, Chad (Teri) Olson of Milton, WI; great nieces: Sidney Chang, Ava Chang and Ashlynn Olson; great nephews; Jackson Chang and Maxwell Olson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Following the Cemetery there will be a Celebration of Life at the Wedges Inn. A visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY.
