Robert "Bob" James Kastner, 48, of Mauston, Wisconsin, passed away, Wednesday, May 01, 2013.
Bob was born on November 14, 1964. He graduated from Mauston High School in 1983. On September 28, 1984, he married the former Teresa Duffy. Bob was a reliable, hardworking man and a dedicated and caring son, husband, father and grandfather. He was an avid mechanic and spent most of his summers working on his cars for the local demolition derby. Bob loved animals, especially his dog Hazie, riding his ATVs and cooking. The time closest to his heart was spent with his family.
Bob is survived by his wife Teresa and three children, Brenda Thorne (Chris), Brian Kastner (Patty) and Brad Kastner (Tia); six grandchildren Madisen, Mason, Mallory, Brian, Miah, and Trinity; his parents, Philip and Joan Kastner; his siblings Skip Kastner (Lynne), Sherrie Palm (Don), and Mark Kastner (Shari); Jason Kastner and nieces and nephews; his father and mother in-law, Robert and Bonnie Duffy; his brother and sister in-laws Laurie and Jim Blaschke, John and Kelley Duffy, Karen and Sam Rollins and nieces and nephews; Roy and Aloha Bishop and Marion Mineau.
A celebration of life will be held from 3:00 until time of service at 6:00 PM, Sunday, May 05, 2013 at Bible Baptist Church, 148 Grayside Ave. Mauston, Wisconsin 53948, Pastor Peter Bergeson will be officiating.
