MADISON-Pearl C. Dyer, age 80, of Madison, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at Agrace HospiceCare with her family by her side.

Pearl was born on Feb. 11, 1933, in Sturgeon Bay, to Henry and Catherine Fick. She married her beloved husband Walter M. Dyer in Dubuque, Iowa. Surviving out of this union came Tricia (Hal Black), Bonnie (Bob Newton), Diane (Mark Beale), Debbie (Darrell Durkee), Terri (Peter Oren), Wally (Carmen), Chris, and Rick; 22 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ruby, LaVerne and Shirley; and many nieces, nephews, and people she loved! She was preceded in death by her husband, Wally Sr.; brother, Leo; sister, Pat; in-law’s, Marion F. and Bernice Dyer, and Mert and Shirley Dyer; grandson, Ben; and great-grandchildren, Trent and Cora.

Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison, at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 11, 2013. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service on Friday.

The family would love to thank the doctors, nurses, CNA’s, and the volunteers of Agrace HospiceCare for all you did for mom and us, with all our respect, our words cannot say enough! We heard the words that were spoke so often! “Come on Pearl” Love you! Love you more!
