Myrna Cuba, age 79 of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin passed away peacefully Monday, September 19, 2016 at St. Clare Meadows in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Conway-Picha Funeral Home in Lyndon Station with Chaplain Ellen Williams-Masson officiating. Burial will be at Lyndon Station Village Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Conway Picha Funeral Home on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m.

Myrna was born May 13, 1937 in Evanston, Illinois the daughter of George and Edna (Esentrot) Bruhn. She married Robert Cuba on July 11, 1959 in Skokie, Illinois. In the early days she and Robert vacationed at Bass Lake Campground near Lyndon Station. They moved to Lyndon Station in 1988. Myrna had worked for K-Mart for 17 years in Wheeling, Illinois and then in Mauston, Wisconsin for 10 years and retired. She stayed busy working at Holiday Wholesale in Wisconsin Dells for another 10 years. Myrna was a member of the Women’s VFW Auxiliary in Lyndon Station, enjoyed Hallmark and Country Western TV shows, conversations with friends, shopping online, and attending dinner theater at the Palace Theater in Lake Delton.

Myrna is survived by a son, Robert (Tracy) of Bristol, Wisconsin; daughter, Cynthia Cuba of Traverse City, Michigan; her grandchildren, Casey, Robert, Ryan and Zachary and her great-grandchildren, Cooper and Riley. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert and daughter, Cheryl.
