Jeanette M. (Heidemann) Drevlow, age 72, of Cottage Grove, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at home with her family by her side. She was born on August 23, 1941, in Browerville, Minn., the daughter of Albert and Elva (Minke) Heidemann. She married Roger J. Drevlow on July 22, 1961, at Trinity Lutheran Church, in Long Prairie, Minn. Jeanette graduated high school from Browerville, Minn. She worked many years in retail services. She loved painting, gardening, the outdoors and traveling. Jeanette’s passion was her family.

She is survived by her three children; Mitch Drevlow of Marshall, Kimberly (William) Karls of Cottage Grove and Jeff (Toni) Drevlow of Columbus; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Richard Karls and Jarrod (Kim) Wormley; siblings, Norbert Heidemann, Delbert (Bobby) Heidemann, Dorothy (Jack) Kaminski; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by; her loving husband, Roger; and her parents.

Funeral services will be held at ABIDING SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH, 406 Cottage Grove Road, Cottage Grove, at 11 a.m., on Friday, June 6, 2014. Burial will be at St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery in Marathon, Wis., at 11 a.m., on Saturday, June 7, 2014. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., on Thursday, June 5, 2014, and at the church, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday.
