Henry LittleSoldier, age 82 of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin was reunited with his loving wife of 55 years and continued his journey Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the University Hospital of Madison, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 18, 2016 at 12:00 P.M. at the Native American Church in Wisconsin Dells with Greg Blackcoon officiating. Burial will be at Spring Grove Cemetery in Wisconsin Dells. Visitation will be held at the Native American Church on Thursday beginning at 4 P.M.
Henry was born February 13, 1934 in Galesville, Wisconsin the son of Simon and Lucy (Henry) LittleSoldier. He married the love of his life, Ellen Strong on October 29, 1961. They proceeded to have four wonderful children. Henry was a gentle man that touched the lives of every person he met. He always made everyone feel welcome. He had a close relationship with the Lord and passed this love onto his children and to everyone he met. He loved taking his wife on long car rides, either to see his children or just to "take the scenic route". Henry always said his greatest accomplishment was his family. He was a great and kind man, who will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
Henry is survived by his sons, Henry, Jr. and Jon; daughters, Lana Deere and Jackie Henneha; sisters, Isabelle Mallory, Rhoda Sennett and Lucinda LittleSoldier; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert, Albert, Richard, and Arnold; sisters, Cynthia LittleSoldier, Ruth LittleSoldier and Helen Cloud; grandson, Tyler Henneha and a great granddaughter, Alena Bear.
