MONONA– Jayne Ann Phillips, age 53, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2013. She was born on Aug. 28, 1959 in Madison, the daughter of Richard and Mary (Gorman) Adrian. Jayne married Joseph Phillips on March 14, 1981 at St. Dennis Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, genealogy, camping, taking cruises and dogs. Jayne worked for 28 years at US Bank and for 6 years at Savant Capitol Management.

She is survived by her husband, Joe; twin sons, Benjamin (Beth) and Jonathan (Erica); her father, Richard Adrian; mother-in-law, Eileen Phillips; brother, Jeffery (Susan) Adrian; sister, Jan Adrian (Tim); several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and her dog, Casey. Jayne was preceded in death by her mother, Mary; and an infant brother, Joseph.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5101 Schofield St., Monona at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2013, with Father Bart Timmerman presiding. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Dr from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, 2013, and at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass on Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

The family wishes to thank the staff of UW Hospital and Agrace HospiceCare and also to Patti Pederson for all of the love, friendship and support shown throughout the years.

Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Dr from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, 2013, and at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass on Monday.
