Janelle O. Eller, age 64, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Mon. Sept. 12, 2016. She was born Aug. 13, 1952 to the late Victor and Edna (Haas) Ruhland. Janelle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend.

She worked as a dental hygienist for 38 yrs; working many of them with Dr. Doll in Middleton and Dr. Van Gemert on Regent St. She loved all of her patients dearly and treated them as friends. She claimed to be a Packers fan, but we all knew that was just an excuse to have a party with her sisters. She was most proud of the home she had built for her family. There is nothing she would not do for her children or any friend. Janelle was a role model Mom with a capital ‘M’. Her unconditional love also continued to strengthen her marriage of 43 years to her husband Duane; they were united in marriage on June 8, 1974. She received more joy out of giving than receiving. Even with her disabling muscle disease, (Myotonic Dystrophy) she put others first and never complained of her issues. Janelle had many lifelong friends and made new friends on a weekly basis. She will be missed for all the cards she sent for birthdays, anniversaries or other occasions to family and friends. She made the world a better place.

Janelle is survived by her husband, Duane; her children Lindsey and Cassie (Eric); and granddaughter, Gracie; her siblings, Michelle (Al), Mary (Mark), Tory (Doug), Jerilyn (Steve), Wayne (Janet), Daryl (Mary), Al, Dean (Sherry), Walter, Gerard; other relatives and friends.

Janelle’s family would like to thank their neighbor Joanie Mathews for her care and friendship with Janelle over the last few years as well as all the friends, neighbors, and relatives that stopped by this last week to hold her hand and wish her peace in Heaven.
